Luke Ferradj started as a full-time agent on March 4, 2014. Luke started his New York Life career in the Dallas Fort Worth General Office. During that time, he was an agent, a graduate of the Company’s first Associate Partner Program cohort, and Partner.
He is a blessed and grateful husband to Heather Ferradj and father of three daughters; Harper, 10, Hadley, 8, and Harrison 5.
He has earned the Series 6, Series 7, Series 63, Series 66, and Series 24 licenses. He is affiliated with Eagle Strategies. He is the graduate of several advanced and highly intensive leadership courses both through New York Life and the United States Army.
He grew up in a small farm town in east-central Illinois and is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University. Gratitude to God, honor and servitude to his spouse and family, and an intense passion for this business with the New York Life; are the core of his motivation and drive, and what defines his why.
Ben Babcock joined New York Life after successful employment in the field of executive search. He saw value in helping people not just find a career but to build a lifetime of financial security and success. Upon entering his New York Life career, Ben quickly received his state life and health insurance licenses. Then within 4 months of joining, Ben achieved his investment license. Ben Is committed to furthering his professional education throughout his career as he takes on the leadership role of a Partner tasked with recruiting and developing a strong team of financial professionals.
In his leisure time, Ben enjoys playing tennis or exploring new places with his wife Katie, cameras in hand.
Courtney started her career with New York Life in the Cedar Rapids General Office in August of 2014 and obtained her Series 99 license in early 2015. She then joined the New Orleans General Office in September 2015 and traveled to several offices throughout the region
Courtney graduated from Kaplan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice.
She enjoys going on adventures with her American bulldog, Bear. Courtney also enjoys spending time in the great outdoors kayaking, hiking, going to the beach as well as going to the gym.
Sherri graduated from Southwestern Assemblies of God University and spent many years in corporate training and teaching while serving alongside her husband Ken in ministry. Their lives took them from Texas to Alaska to Russia then back to Alaska. After returning from Russia, she opened a small but successful telecom business in Anchorage. A few years later, she was recruited by New York Life where she saw greater opportunities ahead. She was New Org Agent of the Month multiple times and was recognized as New Org Agent of the Year in 2016. During her three years as an agent, she was a 3-time Council Agent, a Centurion Agent, a Life Allstar Agent, and received all four of the Career Life Success Awards. She was known for assisting newer agents and decided to pursue that as a lifelong career. She assumed the role of Development Manager in March of 2018 in the Arkansas General Office and takes great pride in helping individuals as they start and then establish their careers at New York Life.
Sherri thinks her husband Ken is one of the funniest and most caring people on the planet. They have two children who are growing up to be wonderful adults - Richelle who is at their alma mater, SAGU, and Nathan who will be joining her in the fall of 2023. Ken and Sherri's lives revolve around their kids and their service to their local church.
