Ben Babcock joined New York Life in 2021 after a successful career in executive recruiting. Drawn to the opportunity to help people not only build meaningful careers but also create lasting financial security, Ben quickly found a passion for both the financial services industry and developing others.
Since joining New York Life, Ben has progressed from Agent and Financial Services Professional to Associate Partner, Partner, Senior Partner, and, in July 2026, Managing Partner of the Arkansas General Office. In his leadership role, Ben is focused on growing the Arkansas General Office by hiring, developing, and supporting financial professionals as they build successful careers and serve individuals, families, and businesses throughout their communities.
Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife, Katie, and their twin girls, as well as golfing and staying active through triathlon training.
Bryce earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Central Arkansas, building a strong foundation in financial strategies, investments, and risk management. He began his career with New York Life as an Agent and Financial Services Professional before moving into leadership, where he now serves as a Partner with the Arkansas General Office.
In his role as Partner, Bryce focuses on identifying and developing talented individuals who are looking to build meaningful careers in financial services. Drawing from his own experience in the field, he understands firsthand what it takes to grow a practice and values the opportunity to coach and support financial professionals as they develop their skills, serve their clients, and work toward their own professional goals.
Outside of work, Bryce enjoys spending time with his wife, Paige, getting outdoors, staying active, and continuing to learn and grow both personally and professionally.
Welcome! I am an Arkansas native, growing up in the small northwest Arkansas town of Berryville before moving to Farmington. While still in high school, I enlisted in the Arkansas National Guard and went on to serve for 16 years, including in field artillery and leadership roles. During my military career, I also pursued my goal of becoming a college graduate and earned my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
After transitioning from full-time military service, I joined New York Life in 2024 and began building my financial services practice. My passion for helping others and developing people ultimately led me into leadership, becoming an Associate Partner in 2025 and Partner with the Arkansas General Office in 2026. Today, I focus on hiring, developing, and supporting financial professionals as they build their careers and make a positive impact in communities throughout Arkansas.
My wife, Britny, and I live in Benton with our three sons, Beckett, Hayvin, and Waikes, and our dogs. As a family, we enjoy traveling, camping, family game nights, hosting get-togethers with family and friends, and cheering on the Razorbacks.
Bill joined New York Life in 2025, bringing an extensive background in leadership, training, and service. Prior to joining New York Life, he served 20 years in the United States Air Force and later held leadership and training roles in the aviation industry.
As an Associate Partner with the Arkansas General Office, Bill is focused on identifying and developing individuals interested in building a career with New York Life. He is passionate about helping others grow professionally and creating opportunities for people who value hard work, personal development, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Outside of work, Bill enjoys traveling, working out, sports, and spending time with his family.
Courtney began her career with New York Life in August 2014 with the Cedar Rapids General Office, earning her Series 99 license in early 2015. Later that year, she joined the New Orleans General Office, where she had the opportunity to travel to and support several offices throughout the region. In 2022, Courtney brought her experience to the Arkansas General Office, where she continues to support the office and its team.
Courtney earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Kaplan University.
Outside of work, Courtney enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. Some of her favorite activities include kayaking, hiking, going to the beach, and hitting the gym.
